Ypres Christmas Market

Visit Ypres Christmas market with ECT Travel, which is held in the Grote Markt – the main square. Here you will find an ice rink and traditional wooden stalls which resemble Swiss chalets in design.
A cosy Belgium Christmas market of 35 stalls set in a city that has moving memorials to the dead of World War One as Ypres was a key battleground in this historic sense.
The ice rink in the Market Square is a great pull for visitors – of which there were 11,000 who put on their skates last year to glide across the ice.
There are the usual wonderful selections of Christmas products to choose from in the many stalls but more than this there will be great entertainment and festive illuminations to really capture the Christmas spirit between 26 November and 2 January.
