Travelling to the Abbey of Hautvillers in Epernay will provide an educational insight into the Benedictine abbey where Dom Perignon devised and produced the famous Champagne.
La Chocolaterie Thibaut - This guided tour of the chocolate factory shows the entire process from when the cocoa beans are received to the finished product. The factory produces liqueur filled chocolate champagne corks.
